Our kitchen uses wheat flour (gluten), milk/dairy (dulce de leche & butter), eggs, and nuts (walnuts, almonds, and coconuts) depending on the recipe.

We handcraft, bake, and ship our products fresh from Raleigh, North Carolina. Every batch is freshly prepared with premium ingredients and no artificial preservatives, ensuring you receive peak freshness.

We offer standard curated gift boxes with 6 or 12 units (such as the Tango Box and Tour Box).

For custom build-your-own boxes, each box contains 6 artisanal alfajores of your choice, each weighing a hearty 80 grams (~2.8 oz).

Orders are freshly baked and fulfilled within 1–2 business days. We ship nationwide via USPS Tracked Services:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 4–6 business days after shipping.
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days after shipping.

*Note: Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays ship on the next business day (USPS is closed on Sundays).

The moment your fresh box leaves our bakery, you’ll receive an automatic email notification containing your USPS tracking number and link.

Yes, absolutely! Because all our products are artisanal and baked fresh without preservatives, we never hold pre-baked boxes in storage.

If you’d like your order to arrive around a specific celebration or birthday, please email us before placing your order so we can align our baking schedule and shipping date with your calendar.

We take packaging very seriously. We have designed custom heavy-duty, protective gift boxes specifically tailored to cushion these delicate cookies throughout the USPS delivery network.

In the rare event that carrier mishandling causes damage, take a clear photo of the packaging and contents and send it to help@cookiesofbaires.com — we will gladly make it right.

Currently, we exclusively ship within the United States (including all 50 states). We hope to expand to international deliveries in the future!

We are conveniently located in the Crossroads area (Raleigh/Cary, NC). The full pickup address will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you include your mobile phone number during checkout, we will also send you a friendly text message the moment your order is freshly packed and ready for pickup.

Not through standard website delivery. Loose alfajores are exclusively available for local pickup by contacting us in advance.
