• Free Shipping: Orders of $50 USD or more ship free via Ground anywhere in the United States.
• Priority Shipping: You can also choose Priority Shipping for $5.5 per box of 6 Units and $11 for box of 12 Units.
• Shipping Speed Ground: We ship via USPS tracked service. Delivery typically takes 4–6 business days after dispatch.
• Shipping Speed Priority: We ship via USPS tracked service. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Order Processing: All products are made fresh. Orders placed are prepared within 24–48 hours and shipped by the next business day.
• Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship on the next business day (USPS is closed on Sundays).
• Careful Packaging: We use sturdy, specially designed boxes to protect these delicate cookies and ensure they arrive in great condition.
• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your USPS tracking number.

Are you in Raleigh, NC? Skip the shipping fees! Choose the Local Pick Up option during checkout and grab your fresh box directly from us. We are located in the Crossroads area, Raleigh. The exact pickup address will be provided in your order confirmation.

Your order will be prepared fresh just like our shipped orders. We will notify you via text as soon as your box is ready for collection with instructions on where and when to pick it up.
