To modify an Order, email us at help@cookiesofbaires.com with the subject line “Order Change No. [XXXXXX]” before your shipping date. Changes after shipping may not be possible or may incur extra costs.

4.2 Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before the ship date. After shipping, cancellations may be accepted at Our discretion with up to 50% refund of the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4.3 Order Refusal or Cancellation

We may refuse or cancel Orders due to:

At Cookies of Baires, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality alfajores and delivering them with care. Please review the following:

5.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Replacements

If approved, replacements are shipped at no additional cost.

5.5 Exclusions

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for:

  • Opened, consumed, or altered products
  • Damage caused by improper handling or storage
