By placing an Order for Goods through our Website, You confirm that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Orders can be canceled for a full refund before the ship date. After shipping, cancellations may be accepted at Our discretion with up to 50% refund of the product cost. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Refunds

At Cookies of Baires, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality alfajores and delivering them with care. Please review the following:

Notify us within 5 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to perishability, returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

5.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Replacements

If approved, replacements are shipped at no additional cost.

5.5 Exclusions

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for:

    • Claims made after 5 days of delivery

    • Opened, consumed, or altered products

    • Damage caused by improper handling or storage
