Return Window
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than damage or error. This policy ensures the highest standards of food safety and quality for all customers.
Refunds and Replacements
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a replacement is approved, it will be shipped at no additional cost.
Exclusions
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
Reports made after 7 days of delivery
Products that have been opened, consumed, or altered
Damage caused by improper handling or storage after delivery
